  • We offer programs for infants and toddlers (6 weeks to 2 years), as well as preschool programs for 2, 3, and 4-year-olds. Our curriculum is tailored to each age group, ensuring that your child’s developmental needs are met at every stage.

  • Our programs are available from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering flexible care for families with different schedules. We also offer half day programs for 2, 3, and 4-year-olds from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with options for an extended day for 3’s and 4’s.

  • The Creative Curriculum is a play-based, child-centered curriculum, where learning is driven by children’s interests and real-world exploration. Our approach integrates early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social-emotional development into our daily activities. Jewish values like Kavod (respect), Savlanut (patience) and Tikkun Olam (repairing the world) are woven throughout our programs and daily interactions with the children.

  • At Bet Yeladim, planning is done with the needs and interests of each child in mind. Teachers assess developmental progress throughout the year, and communicate this information to our parents during our 3 parent-teacher conferences held in the fall, winter, and spring.

    Our infant care program has a daily plan for each child. Assuring their individual needs are being met.

    Information is shared daily with parents through our family communication app.

  • Yes, Bet Yeladim is a licensed early childhood education center in Columbia, MD. We comply with all state regulations and undergo regular inspections to ensure the safety and quality of our programs.

    Bet Yeladim has also taken the additional step of being accredited by the Maryland State Department of Education. Accredited programs go above and beyond what is typically required by state regulations.
